Automatic Aluminum Saw – PRESSTA-EISELE PROFILMA 501E
Pressta-Eisele Profilma 501 E is a fully automatic circular saw designed for 90° cutting of aluminum and other non-ferrous metal profiles. The sturdy design allow the Profilma 501 E to work round the clock 24/7 without losing precision. It has an integrated servo bar feeder with 600mm stroke that is capable to cut min. 3mm (0.12”) to max. 9900mm (32.1’) automatically with repetitive strokes long pieces. Carries a 500mm diameter saw blade. Table separation feature prevents back-cutting, ensures highest cut quality and extends blade life. Saw blade feed is performed by an hydro-pneumatic actuator. Saw blade feed speed and stroke is adjustable variably. When the material finished, machine stops automatically. This saw is ideal for any operation that is looking at consistency over the years. It is the ideal solution for automotive components and other products that require tight tolerances and statistic control after cutting.
